Two ways, one result.
1Measure your finger
Wrap a narrow strip of paper around your finger, mark where it meets and measure the length in millimetres. This value is your ring size.
2Measure a ring
Have a ring that fits? Measure its inner diameter in millimetres and read the size from the table.
Size (inner circumference) Inner diameter 48 15,3 mm 50 15,9 mm 52 16,6 mm 54 17,2 mm 56 17,8 mm 58 18,5 mm 60 19,1 mm 62 19,7 mm 64 20,4 mm - Measure in the evening: Fingers are slimmer in the morning than in the evening. Measure in the evening so the ring fits then too.
- Warm hands: Fingers get thinner in the cold. Don’t measure right after coming in from outside.
- Wide rings: Wide bands fit tighter. Go half a size up.
Printable ring sizer
With a measuring strip to cut out and circles for your favourite ring. Print at actual size (100 %) – a check line shows whether it’s right.

It stands for thousandths: 585 means 585 parts gold out of 1000, i.e. 58.5 percent. The rest are other metals that make the jewellery harder and suitable for everyday wear.

A higher copper content gives the gold its warm, reddish tone. Typical of Russian jewellery – and our speciality.
Yellow gold
The classic gold tone. Silver and copper are mixed so the colour comes close to pure gold.
White gold
A light alloy, usually rhodium-plated. The plating can wear thin over the years and can be renewed. Rhodinieren im Angebot?
The small stamp on the inside.
Every piece carries its fineness as a stamp – inside rings, usually on the clasp of chains. It is tiny, but it proves which metal you are holding. Can’t find it on your piece? Bring it by and we’ll check with a loupe.

Clean in five minutes.
Lukewarm water, a drop of mild washing-up liquid, a soft brush. Soak briefly, clean gently, rinse with clear water and pat dry with a soft cloth.
Store safely
Ideally keep each piece separately in a case or jewellery pouch. That way you avoid scratches and small damage.
Put it on last
Best to apply cream, perfume and hairspray before your jewellery. We recommend taking jewellery off for sport, swimming and the sauna.
Keep the shine
Silver can tarnish quite naturally over time. A silver polishing cloth brings back the lovely shine quickly and easily.
Delicate stones & pearls
Clean pearls and delicate gemstones such as opal or amber with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid brushes, cleaning baths and ultrasound.
Check the setting
Check now and then that the stones still sit firmly in their setting. If a stone wobbles, stop wearing the piece and bring it to us for a check.
Adjusting an English clasp
If the English clasp no longer clicks properly, the earring is usually not broken. The clasp pin can shift slightly as you wear it. Don’t worry: you can carefully readjust it yourself until the clasp locks securely and “clicks” again.

Can I track my parcel online?
Yes. As soon as your parcel is on its way you receive the tracking number by e-mail and can follow the delivery at DHL. bestätigen

How do I return an item?
Get in touch briefly and we will agree on the way to send it back. You have 14 days; all details are in the right of withdrawal.

Who pays for the return shipping?
You carry the cost of the return. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, we cover it of course. bestätigen

How should I pack jewellery for a return?
Ideally in its original packaging, well padded and as an insured parcel. That way nothing is damaged and the shipment can be traced.

Can I return an item I have already worn?
You may try the jewellery on as you would in the store. If a piece shows wear beyond that, we may withhold compensation for the loss in value. bestätigen

Can I return jewellery once the seal or the tag has been removed?
Better leave seal and tag on while you are unsure. Removing them alone does not rule out a return, but it can lead to compensation for lost value. bestätigen

Can I still return an item after the 14-day period?
Once the period has passed there is no legal claim. Still, get in touch with us – we often find a solution. bestätigen

When do I get my money back after a return?
As soon as we have checked your return, we refund the amount the same way you paid. That usually takes a few working days. bestätigen

Can I exchange an item for a different one?
A direct exchange is not part of the online shop. Send the item back and order the piece you want, or bring it to our store. bestätigen

I bought an item two weeks ago and it is cheaper now. Do you refund the difference?
No, the price at the time of your order applies. Within the withdrawal period you can of course return the item and order it again. bestätigen

How do I care for my jewellery?
